We (Tamizhashop.in) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is: Processing time + Delivery Time. The Shipping Fee will depend on the weight, size and type of the item(s).
We deliver our products through our courier partners.
You can communicate us to know your order status. We will also provide you appropriate emails time to time.

Please Note: We (Tamizhashop.in) shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Products delivered if caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, adverse weather, pandemics, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown or systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Product unavailability: We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.

Customer cancellation: If you have requested to cancel part or all of your order.
If your order has been cancelled you will be sent one of two emails:

Refund Policy :
Tamizhashop.in does not set refund on behalf of the Vendors. The Vendor shall be responsible for communicating its refund policy to the Customers and to issue refund as per refund policy and in accordance with applicable laws. All issues related to refund shall always be between the Customer and the Vendor. We (tamizhashop.in) are not liable for any refund-related claims in connection with Vendor and Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Website in connection therewith.
However, in a determination to accomplish customer satisfaction, if there is an issue, you can contact us for a refund or any other issues through our email email@example.com.
We will refund you back in the following circumstances:
1. If we conclude that the original payment was made out of fraud;
2. If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error;
3. If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time;
4. If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.
